How Kintreo works

Priority. Evidence. A reviewed next step.

Your business control centre, in your pocket: accounts, work and important dates, with a business view and a bookkeeper view built around the same records. Wider diary, CVRT reminders and approved customer-update workflows are planned.

Follow one fictional example.

1. A finished job is flagged

J-204 is complete, but no invoice is linked. Today shows €4,850 ready to invoice.

2. Check the supporting record

Review Willowbrook Offices, the completed work and the agreed amount before preparing a draft.

3. Review the draft

Inspect the invoice preview. Saving a demo draft does not issue an invoice or change a real account.

What happens in a controlled pilot?

  1. Register your interest and describe the problem you want to solve.
  2. Ronan reviews fit and contacts selected participants to discuss the workflow and existing software.
  3. Agree scope, duration, support, permissions and data-handling terms before connecting live information.
  4. Measure whether the agreed workflow saves review time and produces useful, accurate priorities.

There is no automatic account creation. Selected participants will not be charged during their agreed pilot period.

When the plan changes.

The planned scheduling workflow is: record a delay, review affected appointments, then approve revised times and customer updates. It is not enabled as a live service.
