Your details. Your choices.
This notice covers this website and brochure requests and expressions of interest in the Kintreo pilot. Live product access will require separate information and agreed terms before onboarding.
Who handles your information?
Ronan, the founder operating the Kintreo early-access website in Cork, Ireland, is responsible for handling these registrations. Contact ronan@kintreo.com about your information or this notice.
What we collect and why.
Brochure requests
To provide a brochure, we collect your name, business or practice name, email address, selected product and request time. We use these details to fulfil and keep a record of your request, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and understanding interest in our products. Required details must be supplied to use the download form. A brochure request does not enrol you in the pilot or subscribe you to general marketing.
Brochure requests are stored separately in Supabase and a notification is sent through Resend to the founder. We retain the request and notification while needed to handle your enquiry; you can request deletion or object to this processing by emailing Ronan.
Pilot interest
The form collects your name, email, business or practice name, role, main accounting software, an optional note, your consent and the submission time. We use these details to assess pilot fit and contact you about your interest, based on the consent you give when submitting.
Registration is voluntary. Required fields allow us to identify and contact you and understand basic fit. Please do not include client records, bank details, passwords or sensitive personal information in your note.
This is not a general marketing subscription. We do not sell registration details or use automated decision-making to select pilot participants.
Where your details go.
The website is hosted on Vercel. Registration details are stored in the Kintreo Supabase database and a notification is sent through Resend to the founder’s email inbox. These service providers process information to host the site, store registrations and deliver email. Hosting providers may also process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. This technical processing supports the legitimate interests of providing a reliable website and preventing misuse.
Providers operate internationally, so processing may occur outside the EEA. Their data-processing terms describe international-transfer arrangements, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can request further information about the arrangements relevant to your registration by emailing Ronan.
How long we keep it.
Registration details are kept while your expression of interest is being handled and any related pilot discussions remain active. If you withdraw your interest or those discussions end without onboarding, we remove the registration and related notification copies when they are no longer needed for those purposes. Any information needed for a specific legal obligation or dispute is limited to that purpose. You can ask us to delete your registration at any time.
Your choices and rights.
Email ronan@kintreo.com to withdraw consent, request access, correct details or request deletion. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You can raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
The public demo keeps its simulated actions in the open browser tab. It does not upload your accounting information. This update adds no advertising pixels or analytics tracking.
