Requirements before live-client onboarding.
Live onboarding requires agreed processing terms, tested tenant isolation, client-approved access and revocation, source freshness and connection-health checks, and support and incident procedures.
Private staging uses organisation-scoped data and Row Level Security. This is development progress, not an independent security certification or a claim that the whole product is ready for general release.
Practice access is designed to be scoped and read-only. Any external action needs explicit approval within the authorised workflow.
