Client allowances, team access and sponsorship options will be agreed with pilot practices. No automatic Business subscription is created for each monitored client.

How the pilot and billing will work.

Selected controlled-pilot participants will not be charged during their agreed pilot period. We will agree the scope and duration before participation. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.

One Business licence has one billing owner at a time. If a practice sponsors access, the agreement will identify who pays and what is included.

Additional modules remain in development. No module prices or bundles are final, and no add-on purchase is required to try the public demo.
